The R&D Duo
Richard “Poppo” Weiner and Doug Bender are a guitar and bass combo who formed the R & D Duo in 2017. The R & D Duo performs primarily traditional and popular American acoustic blues, but they can touch in on a variety of genres to play a wide range of music for all interests and forums—“From Robert Johnson to Soundgarden and everything in-between.” They bring over a century of playing experience between them to their energetic live performances.
