Paul Falstad

Dr. Paul is a singer/songwriter who started playing guitar at age 12 under the influence of the classic rock troubadours of the 70’s. He discovered the harmonica and the blues late in life and found a niche as a dirty and gritty solo artist from the streets. Dr. Paul admits that he is not a refined “vocalist or a guitarist,” but he excels at entertaining. His personal rapport with the audience always garners high praise from crowds and his comedic eccentricity keeps them coming back.

Originally, Dr. Paul sought fame and fortune as an actor, singer, and screenwriter for 16 years in Los Angeles, but refined his guitar, harmonica, & vocal skills as a street musician for over a year before venturing into real gigs. Ready to rock, Paul formed a band, “Paul Geary and the Rockets”, and played most of the bars and clubs in Long Beach, including The House of Blues. After returning to Kent, Paul started playing breweries and bars as a solo artist throughout NE Ohio. His dream is to tour America playing small venues and exploring the country.
